You’re well on your way.
But tell me more.
I’m Ryan. I’m a therapist in LA who often works with couples, queer folks, and men—in person and online. I’m told that my style is calm, productive, and encouraging. I tend to see the hope in things.
In relationship therapy, I often see couples who are feeling out of sync, caught in transition, or frustrated by their same recurring issues. In individual therapy, I see people struggling with anxiety, anger, grief, identity, loneliness, breakups, burnout, or low self-confidence. It runs the gamut. We’ve all got our stuff.
I am a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) in California. I have an M.S. from California State University Northridge and a B.A. from Northwestern University. I trained at the Los Angeles LGBT Center—the largest provider of direct services for LGBTQ+ people in the world—where I continue to serve clients.
Outside of therapy, I’m an active writer. I practice yoga, play tennis, and read in two (competing) book clubs. Every day I hope it rains.

Between these two things our life flows.

About Our Practice
I am supervised by Clay Crosby, LMFT, and work alongside Sabrina Bell, AMFT at a small practice in Los Angeles.
We offer in-person sessions at our office in Beverly Grove. We’re accessible to Beverly Hills, Culver City, and West Hollywood.
Online is cool too.
“It is the relationship that brings out individual challenges, vulnerabilities, obstacles, fears…but it’s only when you are with another person who pushes the buttons, who makes you react, that you actually, in real life, get to practice something else.”
